硬质快速门的电机检查和维护：


Motor Inspection and Maintenance of Hard Fast Door:


1、只能根据现行零件清单使用原厂备件;


1. The original spare parts can only be used according to the current parts list.


2、更换制动线圈时，快速门制动控制装置要一起更换;


2. When replacing the brake coil, the brake control device of the fast door should be replaced together.


3、电机在工作过程中温度可能会变得最高，有烫伤的危险;


3. The temperature of the motor may become the highest in the working process, and there is a risk of scald.


4、紧固或者降低升降机驱动装置(有坠落的危险);


4. Tighten or reduce the driving device of the elevator (dangerous of falling);


5、在开始维护电机和制动器之前，要先切断电源，并且采取措施防止意外接通。

硬质快速门的检查与维护周期：


Inspection and maintenance cycle of rigid fast door:


一、制动器


I. Brakes


时间间隔：当用作工作制动器时，，至少每个3000工作时检查一次，主要检查快速门制动器的测量摩擦片厚度、测量和调整工作气隙、压板、花键套、啮合以及止推环;


Time interval: When used as working brake, check at least once every 3000 working hours. Mainly check the thickness of friction pad, measure and adjust the working air gap, pressure plate, spline sleeve, meshing and thrust ring of the fast gate brake.


当用作停机制动器时，视负荷状况而定，每个2~4年检查一次，主要是吸除磨损粉尘、检查开关触点，需要时更换( 例如当烧损时)。


When used as a stop brake, it is checked once every 2-4 years, depending on the load, mainly to remove abrasive dust, check switch contacts, and replace them when needed (e.g. when burned).


二、电机

每隔10000工作小时检查一次，主要检查球轴承(需要时更换)、更换轴密封圈、将扇热空气通道清理干净。


Check every 10,000 working hours, mainly check ball bearings (when needed to replace), replace shaft sealing rings, clean fan hot air passage.


三、配有逆止器的电机


3. Motor with backstop


每隔10000工作小时检查一次，更换逆止器的低粘度润滑脂;


Check every 10,000 working hours and replace the low viscosity grease of the backstop.


四、测速发电机


IV. Speed-measuring Generator


每隔10000工作小时检查一次，根据附带的操作手册进行检查/维护。


Check every 10,000 working hours and check/maintain according to the attached operation manual.


五、驱动装置


V. Drivers


根据外部因素的不同而确定检查周期，主要修补或更换外观涂层、防锈涂层。


According to the different external factors, the inspection period is determined, mainly repairing or replacing the appearance coatings and rust-proof coatings.


硬质快速门制动器的磨损时间受到很多因素影响，可能会缩短。


The wear time of hard fast door brake is affected by many factors and may be shortened.


必须由设备制作商根据设计资料(例如“设计驱动装置”)对必要的检查/维护周期进行单独计算。


The necessary inspection/maintenance cycles must be calculated separately by the equipment manufacturer based on the design data (e.g. "Design Drivers").
